I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from DePaul University in 2008. In 2013, I received a Master’s Degree in Technology in Education from National Louis University.
I taught third and fifth grade each for two years at CICS Longwood before coming to STEM. In addition to teaching, I coordinated all of the elementary sports and coached Track and Field at Longwood. Here at STEM I taught fourth grade for two years, and now I am in my third year of teaching sixth!! This puts a total of 9 teaching years under my belt!
I love to play sports! A few years ago I joined a co-ed flag football league and discovered my new-found love for football! I l also enjoy watching and playing tennis (Team Serena!). Reading has always been one of my passions. I am always looking for a good fantasy involving vampires, werewolves, and wizards; or a new world that needs to be discovered!
